Nadia Najafi is a consultant in paediatric anaesthesiology, a paediatrician, and a paediatric intensivist. She works at the University Hospital of Brussels (Universitair Ziekenhuis Brussel - UZBrussel). She has a large experience and expertise in the safety issues and risk assessment of children undergoing general anaesthesia, monitored anesthesia care and procedural sedation in – and outside of operating rooms. She is an Executive board member of the European Society of Paediatric Anaesthesia (ESPA) and she represents ESPA at ESAIC.
