Mossetti V.

Born in Turin on 11.07.1973, in ’99 graduated with honour in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Turin, during the course of studies in medicine, practical experience at International Hospitals (Spain, Malta, Brazil) within the ERASMUS project. In 2003 specialization in Anesthesia and Intensive Care with honour. Given the particular interest in pediatric anesthesia from 2002 to today I work at Regina Margherita Children’s Hospital in Turin with high specialization in pediatric regional anesthesia. After having achieved the ATLS and PALS certifications, I started an intensive training in adult and pediatric regional anesthesia at national and international level, increasing my experience in this field, obtaining recognition in Italy, Europe and the United State as an expert in Pediatric Regional Anesthesia. In fact, I partecipated as an invited speaker in more than 60 italian and international conferences, publishing 16 articles in Regional Anesthesia journals. I partecipated in the drafting of some chapters and translations of more than 10 books of anesthesia and treatment in the pediatric field and I wrote with Prof. G. Ivani the text “Ultrasound and Regional Anesthesia”, Antonio Delfino Editor. I have been the Italian Representative for the European Society of Pediatric Anesthesia (2017-2019) and I am currently a Member of the Board of the European Society of Regional Anesthesia Italian Chapter (since 2006).
