Marga has started her professional career as an ICU nurse. She gained interest in nursing research and finished her master of nursing science. She is now working as a manager and nursing researcher in Isala, a large topclinical hospital in Zwolle in the Netherlands. She is specialized in research about nursing workload and recently finished her PhD with the title “Quantification of nursing workload and planning of nursing staff on the Intensive Care”.
